I suspect the car was properly strapped down for transport, but the operator was stupid or distracted and did the unloading operation in the wrong order, or forgot to check the handbrake.

Yes.
These have to be some of the worst review photos I’ve ever seen on any car site. Pay attention to your light sources! The backlighting, the lens flare, ugh... it all just screams, “Meh... good enough.”
It actually was inspired by a friend of mine’s old MkII Golf diesel, which didn’t have a tachometer. It just had a green “upshift” light. That was it.
For starters, some background: In late 2018 and early 2019, two Boeing 737 MAX aircraft crashed, in Indonesia and Ethiopia respectfully.
Seatbelts.
These cars are surprisingly tough in some ways (as you’ve learned) yet also surprisingly fragile in other equally surprising ways (as you’ve also learned). Alternators and turbos and engine mounts and clutch actuators and brakes are all pretty standard things with these that tend to seize and die. They just weren’t…
Perhaps edit your post to say “Jason is not currently around...”
HAS ANYBODY SEEN TORCH?
This one sure looks SVX-e...
It gets even better:
You’ve gotta admit... their ironic choice of soundtrack was kinda perfect.
Dang!
In other markets, the C-HR is hybrid-only, yet we get stuck with a lousy gas engine only. Toyota really should go hybrid as the baseline for their entire product line, globally.
I find this review adequate, and understand the value in having no strong feelings one way or the other.
I would definitely call this “post-facelift” model a “Dustbuster Lite.” Nothing quite compares to the even longer, smoother nose of the originals.
They’re both pretty gimpy looking, but overall, I think the Subaru’s more conventional looking fascia (although I really dislike the “plugged grille” EV look) and more distinctive lighting treatments make it look a little cleaner.
I love the design language of this. It’s kind of like a big brother to the Soul, which has really grown on me with each successive generation. The rear lighting is getting a little fussy, though.
Not calling this the “MIIURA” is a missed opportunity.
I never, ever shut off the ventilation system completely. Even in an EV.
