I argued with them for a bit and then got a V6 Challenger, which was alright. If I’m travelling with European colleagues and they offer an upgrade to a full-size pickup I usually take it, since a 5.3L Silverado is a pretty unique experience for those guys.

Tell me about it. I’m getting pretty tired of reserving a standard sedan and being “upgraded” to a Nissan Rogue.

Enterprise tried to give me one at the rental counter a few weeks ago. I was as surprised as you are. Took a beat to regain my composure.

I think the clear winner is Mexican-style tacos. You can have an assortment of filling options (including vegetarian options like tempeh), and people can season to taste with sauces. Plus they’re pretty cheap and not as ubiquitous as pizza.

But how many hours can I play before Comcast wants to charge me for exceeding my data cap?

I thought you guys were all about “Saying it how it is”.

This is exactly what they’re doing with their site for vehicle engineering in Plymouth, Michigan. A little trip to LinkedIn shows a good amount of automotive talent working for Rivian.

Its not even occasional, minor fuck-ups. We’ve condemned other governments for less.

This is beyond ridiculous. Calling out a lobbyist organization for buying influence is not anti-Semitic. I’m disappointed in the House Dems for playing along.

It was a cool feature in my Dad’s 92 4Runner, until water got inside and the whole tailgate rotted out. Granted by that time the rest of the truck was rotted out too.

Remember cool heads and tactical superiority wins the debate every time.” I can’t wait to quote this in the future.

Why would any Dems stand and clap for any of it? Who cares if Fox News comes out with a headline about “Democrats don’t chant USA...USA... at SOTU”? I’m glad AOC had the wherewithal to not capitulate.

Some of those headlines are interesting. I want to see the Pelosi dance from Gateway Pundit and know what “amazing deals” the Democrats turned down from the Daily Caller.

There were 3 different pod car concepts, right? The Quadrobot one was the most polished. The giant drone was very cool as well, although I don’t want to think about what it sounds like while flying.

I really like the idea of performance EVs and plug-in hybrids. Doesn’t have to be ludicrous speeds, but 0-60 in 4-5 seconds would be great. EVs and hybrids seem to either be insanely fast, or incredibly slow.

Do American politicians think that if there aren’t least 4 flags behind them we’ll think they’re a communist? Give it a rest already.

I picked up a cheap one just to see how dramatic the effect would be, and it definitely has kind of a green cast to it. Do you have a recommendation for a decent brand?

I just got into polarizers too and I’m very happy with the results. It makes a huge difference for highly reflective objects.

These are great! Looks like you’re using some sort of RGB lightbox? Could you share some information on that? Keep up the great work!

Sounds like its going to be a Cadillac Traverse. I hope they can do better than the naturally aspirated 3.6L V6.
