How often do they change drivers? I was at the German Rally this year and the #4 Hyundai was not driven by Paddon:
93-96 Firebird Formula with taillights from a 98-02 swapped in. Looks like he has the exhaust dumped before the rear axle. The most common way to do that was with longtube headers and a custom X-pipe. I’ll admit that I was “That Guy” in a former life, and that I’m not nearly as ashamed as I should be.
My 2006 TSX regularly returned about 24-25 mpg mixed driving with the automatic trans. I routinely got about 37 mpg on road trips.
Highly recommend a first gen TSX. You don’t get the power of the TL, but the smaller package, fantastic steering, and high-strung 4 cylinder engine make it more fun than you would think. I had an 06 (auto) and it was the most reliable car I’d ever owned, while returning about 37mpg highway. Unfortunately that was lost…

I can't believe how bad they let it get over here in Oakland County. I'm from western NY originally and cannot believe the difference. Hats of to western NY snow crews!
It would be a really, really long cruise, participation the entire way would probably be low. There is also not much to look at between 8 Mile and Midtown. Seeing the cruise from Midtown to Campus Maritus would be fun, but it would be hard to connect to the cruising on 9 Mile and north.
