Just be careful with some of these if you have pets. Many plants are dangerous, some are deadly. I love growing poinsettia (so easy!), but with cats I can’t have them. :(

The only reason we have had a Costco membership for many, many years is their dog and cat food. Excellent quality, best prices. Otherwise, I’m not sure we would bother.

My husband was diagnosed with a brain tumor in Jan. They said without treatment he might survive 3 months. With, he would probably make it 12-18. We planned a nice Christmas for him this year as he loved the lights, etc. Even with treatment he only made it until June. I told my adult son I would still like to decorate…

I’m fine with this. I always loved kids. I started babysitting when I was 9 (mom was right across the street), did private daycare, and worked in daycare centers for a bit. Now I am 56 years old and I am tired of noisy, snotty kids disrupting my dinner / entertainment. Even my own sister pulled the lack of parenting…
