The way it was explained to me is that since "it" is a pronoun, when you're using it in its possessive form, it doesn't gain an apostrophe. Just like "your", "his" and "her" don't get apostrophes. But all contractions get apostrophes so it is (it's) gets one.

I dusted off my 360 yesterday and started playing Alan Wake. I'm loving the game, and didn't think I would take to the flashlight mechanic as much as I am. The game does a very good job at keeping things tense and knowing when to give small breaks so it isn't too much for too long.

If I remember correctly, Hanbitsoft snagged the IP and decided to re-release it as a Free to Play game with a few alterations (mainly more content that wasn't released). It isn't a complete make-over, from what I understand, just more things to do.

FEAR 3 didn't bother me that much with the atmosphere in co-op, but I did jump a few times when running into Alma and not expecting her. Me being so relaxed could be because I did couch co-op instead of online, though, or that the person I played it with is a total goof.

I don't think you have to. As far as I know, it just explains a little bit more of the plot and shows it all from a different perspective. It doesn't hold out levels on you. I did what you were saying and I started to get a little tired of it, so I decided to do one then go back and do the other.

I'm not sure I really could care for the game if I tried. Between Left 4 Dead, Dead Rising, and Killing Floor, zombies just don't hold the same interest that they did with me whenever I first saw L4D being announced at E3.

The new Company of Thieves album comes out on May 19th, I think. In the meantime, they released one of the songs as a single. Can't wait for the new album, though!

If you don't get it, at least get the soundtrack. The game itself is good, but the music in it just can't be missed.
