Alaska doesn’t count. it’s too beautiful.

That bums me out to hear. Just know that there are more people out there that not only respect what you are doing but look up to you for doing it then you think and you just might be giving someone else the confidence to get started or keep at it.

Whoa! I know rules can vary by doctor too. Even within the practice I go to, docs handle scripts for controlled substances differently.

Oh my god, I am so sorry that happened to you. GYN’s are supposed to be trained to make the procedure more bearable for people who have experienced sexual trauma.

Wow that’s rough. I’m sorry you had to go through that.

Fellow schizophrenic here. Talk about a conversation stopper. You can’t talk around it either, because people are like, but why would you say that? Throw in some childhood trauma and God. Is. Dead. Stay healthy.

I appreciate your long ass ramble/rant. I can relate.

Thank you for pointing out one of many factors that play into the huge disparities regarding when patients present with symptoms of mental illness.

There are a lot of reasons that result in many black people not receiving adequate mental health care.

I feel like “The Magic Tampon” would make a great picture book and animated film.

You are an incredibly kind person and more people should be like you. :)

So many people just don’t get it, and lots of people truly believe ignoring race all together is actually helpful. Your friend probably thinks she is enlightened.

You’re part right, actually! BBC America originally aired BBC programming, but in America. Like a lot of other networks, they’ve drifted a little. The show Orphan Black IS made by BBC America in conjunction with the Canadian network Space, and not the BBC. They also tend to show a lot of Star Trek: The Next

I got your point. But sometimes they invest in ideas that sound stupid but they make boat loads of money, and sometimes they dont invest in brilliant ideas because they arent able to sell the product for whatever reason.

There’s nothing wrong with that. It just means that the production company is doing a good job. It’s the same thing in movies. The term for it is suspended disbelief. You’re brain accepts what it is being shown on screen, even though normally it would question it if it was seen in “real life”

Jesus. I'm so sorry.

I am so sorry that you went through that.

You’ll be glad you did! I also recommend a sun hat and all the sunscreen. Outside of the stage tents there aren’t many places to go to get out of the sun.

Just remember to drink lots of water, wear sunscreen, and sit in the shade as much as possible while the sun is still up, it will conserve energy for the night.

Do ittttt. You’ll be having too much fun to even notice the other people. Coachella gets a bad rap, but there are lots of not “festival girls”. Its not a homogenous mass like the internet makes it seem. Especially if you go weekend 2. Weekend 1 is a little more sceney with all the celebs.
