The Carolinas are fine, it’s Alabama we all need to be concerned about. For a great many reasons.

Everyone remembers, it’s just not all over the news so we can politely pretend we don’t remember.

I’m just happy that Alabama isn’t all over the news for doing something horribly bigoted for once, so this can just keep going on until the storm putters out for all I care.

Dude, my dad called me a couple weeks ago telling me to come over because he thought he nicked an artery and every time he took pressure off the wound it would spray blood. Now I’m irrationally freaked out about my dad just randomly bleeding to death because he stepped on a blackberry vine. I bet he’s gonna be pissed

The word “observatory” made me think of like, an entire lab with people inside of it and I swear that’s a Kristen Stewart movie coming out.

Pretty sure this was due to the hilariously scathing video about it on YouTube by Danny Gooden and Drew Gonzales.

I’m just assuming that as more people leave, the faster they’ll leave and eventually there will be a day when like half the office bails and there are just 3 people to write 20 goodbye posts.

He’s aware it’s an old forecast, which makes this a federal offense.

I can get that. But freaking out is not where it ended - it ended in a dead baby that has unexplained broken bones and burn marks.

Any chance they took some DNA samples before the previous population hit? I don’t mean to brush off the current loss, but maybe there’s reason to hope in seeing the species reintroduced in the future?

Look at his tiny fingers.

As a coastal Alabamian, this is both hilarious and embarrassing. We’re never in the news for anything good, but at least we’re not the idiots in this news story.

I will never understand why Trisha Paytas is a thing.

“Abuse of a corpse” covers everything from digging it up to marry and sleep with the mummified remains to simply moving it - it’s a catchall for “you touched it in some way.” You’re not supposed to mess with a dead body unless you’re a licensed medical examiner and burials are pretty heavily regulated. I’m not sure

There was a girl on voice chat last night that was really, really high on some cocktail of prescription drugs and too many edibles. She spent the whole time on the floor, staring at & commenting on a cheeseburger wrapper partially sticking out of her trash can. She paid $40 bucks for an Uber to bring her a “singular

A friendly-acquaintance from high school went through something a bit similar. She had no idea she was pregnant until her water broke and the baby died while she gave birth on her bedroom floor. She buried it in her back yard and when her parents came home from vacation, she told her mom and they called the police.

I dunno what’s more amusing...

I think the question is about why he left the scene of the accident to go home when two other people were still trapped inside the car.

I’ve only watched a couple of the Terminator films and I can’t even remember which ones or what happened. But I think I want to watch this one? I’m all for girls kicking ass, even if I don’t understand why they’re kicking ass. I hope the movie can explain the backstory enough without getting exposition-heavy.
