I love that Uber is anti-tip culture. First and foremost, charge a fair fare and pay a fair rate to drivers. But after that, tips should be for exceptional service out of the norm. I get so frustrated when I go to pay in a regular cab not that there’s an automatic tip option, but that the choices are 20, 30 or 40…
