But the tailgator was only tailgating after the lead vehicle actively slowed. He rolled up on him, but is tailgating when they pass the semi filming. In those same 2-4 seconds, the lead driver takes the aggressive action and brake checks the guy behind him causing a major accident. If he maintained speed or (if he

The rule does not break down. If he was continuing to pass traffic in the left lane as he did for the first half of the video, then he’s following the rule. If he’s done passing, as he was before the brake-check, then pull to the right. Exactly as he did AFTER the brake check. The rule has nothing to do with traffic

Glad to see Cee Lo found a new gig.

SLOWER TRAFFIC MOVE RIGHT.

For Kim’s Harlem Globetrotter story:

Sold out. Other sellers for $7.50 though if you really want it.

If you watch the video, about 20 seconds before there’s a steady stream of traffic on the horizon. The biker was just be impatient.

To commentors supporting bikers crossing double yellow lines here - you do realize that EVERY vehicle operating on a highway is acttually capable of breaking every speed limit and traffic law as well? You can talk about acceleration, agility and sight-lines all you like, but any argument that includes “for a bike” is

Double yellow areas are designed to regulate all traffic. I don’t care if you have an old ford, a harley, a Lamborghini, or a rice rocket. There are blind turns, hidden driveways, neighborhoods, cattle and farm equipment crossings - any number of things that justify double yellows.

That and, well, the whole bike gang violence thing. ;)

It’s the face of God, man! The Face of God!!!

Safety.

It’s called reading. Pick up a book - and then have a conversation about it with other interesting smart people. ;)

Someone needs a hug.

I wish the shadow of this bird was in frame.

Completely agree. It’s ok to make crisis for yourself or to put in as much time as you like to further your own career, but if someone is on salary and not sharing in the profits you can’t expect to inflict your own pain on them unless that’s part of the job made clear up front.

I tip - and generally tip well (20%+ on the bottom line), but this [”but if I don’t fuck up, and you give me 10%”] triggers what I hate about a tip-dependent industry. Why should I have to pay you more than some arbitrary amount (is 15% enough, does it have to be 20%? do I tip on the alcohol if there’s a single bottle

The SO that stands by I can pity - they’ve fought worse fights that any single wait staffer has to deal with that they’re just worn down and thankful its not them. Why they continue to be with such a person is beyond me - but in a relationship going/gone south, the SO is just happy not to be the target.

I'm guessing your under 25 and a regular user of tinder for your "relationships".

Oh please do tell!
