Same in America. If you don't watch broadcast or cable, you don't watch the Oscars. Someday they'll catch up with the times but the average Oscars voter is 90 years old so don't hold your breath.

When the Oscars stream on Netflix or Amazon after the nominees have been streaming for a couple months so we even know what the fuss is about, then maybe I'll bother with the Oscars…
