I don't doubt she marries Jarvis at all. Instead I'm pushing for it. I know he's married, but I think there's reason to suspect his wife of being a double agent and the shooter at the end of last night's episode certainly moved like a woman. I'm betting she was Anna (or whatever Mrs Jarvis's name was if it wasn't Anna)

Was that the SSR she was with or early SHIELD?

At least we know Joss is good at musicals!

I don't doubt all that happened. I just question whether it happened in the 80s or early 90s. I've adored her since her 70s Daredevil run so it would take a LOT to confuse me. It looks like wikipedia places this retcon solidly in late 2004.

"she's been a super soldier at least since the mid 80s or so."

You remember a much different Black Widow from the 80s and 90s than my husband and I remember.

I loved everything about it except that one thing that seemed to be a rip off of Fringe. Peggy Carter kicks tush and takes names and she is awesome. I get the impression, though, that Jarvis isn't what he seems. If it wasn't for the off screen voice calling to him while he was on the phone, and that could have been

NERD! I will watch anything that Nerd is in.

I was quoting Cisco from the crossover Arrow episode.

Not to mention that red is so much cooler than green, amirite?

Feh. The only 2 Who characters I'd care about returning are Donna and Rory. I don't even care if he has Amy tag along. Actually, I'd prefer he didn't.

It was better than watching paint dry. Not by much, but better. I was intrigued by the twist at the end of the first episode but they lost me again at the use of the Oracular Urchin trope . Ugh.

I agree with you 1000%. I thought Tobey Maguire's SM was awful even before his jazz hands experience and that Andrew Garfield completely nailed the role and I am horrified that we will be losing his interpretation so soon.

Rebooting Spider-Man with anyone but Andrew Garfield is a huge mistake. He was the only great thing about the last 2 movies.

Awww! I was thrilled because that meant I could expect a redemption arc and I have a thing for redemption arcs. In fiction. Not in real life. In real life I would have chosen Piz in a New York minute. Especially now that I saw him with his shirt off in that army sitcom the actor was in last year.

most of a weekend. Twice. Once I watched seasons 5 & 6 of Buffy before season 7 aired so that's 44 episodes and the second time is was seasons 3 & 4 of Supernatural before the start of season 5 and I *think* that would be another 44 episodes.

It's Maseo's soul that's in Katana's sword, right? I thought that maybe he might have meant that he was dead because he was lacking a soul. Which would be interesting and a million times more acceptable than Maseo is the new Katana to me.

make Maseo the new Katana...

I agree.

What. Greenpeace hasn't figured out how to use Photoshop like the rest of the world?!?!
