Isn't Spiderman fighting Michael Keaton in the new movie?

I don't think he and Kurt were close, really. Probably "respectful nod" status. Seemed Soundgarden, AIC, and Pearl Jam were all a close knit community, all swapping band members and collaborating, and Nirvana was just a little too cool for school.
Yeah nothing says cool quite like scientology.
Whoa! We got a Hot Take alert here!
I know! Now I'm guiltily seeking out the stuff I didn't get round to listening to. I have that 3 disc Soundgarden B-sides and rarities thing they put out a few years ago, just been sitting here gathering dust, gonna check that out now.
It'd be more disturbing IMHO if a 52 year old man just dropped dead out of the blue.
Ah good call, but yep if we just keep it as "opening credits singers", it still works. They didn't really form their traditional credits until Goldfinger.
Weird trivia - Chris Cornell is the first(!) Bond opening credits singer to die, which is pretty amazing if you think about it.
Bummer dude. I was lucky enough to see Chris Cornell live in various incarnations, six times, I think. He never phoned it in. He would scream out Birth Ritual and Slaves and Bulldozers etc like his life depended on it. I saw him at a Temple of the dog show last November, still fantastic. They played a memorable…
or embarrassment factor
I wish to cause you some New Damage.
You know Courtney Love is reading all these articles, scanning to see if she even gets a mention.
It is kind of interesting that all of the Brosnan era songs were performed by women, and this is immediately followed by possibly the most powerful and aggressive masculine voice they could get.
Though not Seattle, STP were typically lumped in with all things grunge.
Mmm Mmm Mmm Mmm
Mine is probably, erm, Like Suicide. Seriously! I'm not even a suicidal type, I just love it. It's epic.
Weird. All these Celebrity Deaths in 2016 that affected so many people, Bowie, Prince etc…I kinda…they weren't exactly my thing so it was more "respectful nod" from me.
Upvote for Overfloater, it's my favorite song on that album
Fucking gutted, he was my favorite singer. From Soundgarden, Audioslave, Temple of the dog, his solo work, Bond theme, everything. Saw him just a few months ago in concert.
