He's been in tons of good stuff…or at least tons of stuff worth talking about. I was hoping to see a Rich Man Poor Man shoutout here!
Or Jack Nicholson as Hanna. Now I really want to see Jack do the "Because she's got a GREAT ASS" bit.
I got embarrassed just sitting through the trailer the other day. Its the kind of thing that makes me think maybe all these people showing up after the movie starts are onto something.
The part I remember most from 3 was being stuck in a shipyard with about 50 goons shooting at me from all over the place from boats, towers, behind crates etc. I died over and over again but I loved that part. There was always one more bastard ready to pop out and snipe you!
Yes! And J-Law as Elena, Deniro as Sully. Bale or Wahlberg as the villain. Holy shit, how is this not happening. What's Levy gonna make? A generic summer-friendly unmemorable product. Russell could have brought some genuinely interesting and unexpected, weird stuff to the table.
Blanta Blaus : The Blovie
You can thank China for this; the US, and most other countries said meh to the sequel (the UK excepted, as they like to watch themselves get blown up I guess). But the second one made $52 million in China which put it over the top enough to make money.
John Wick, Jack Reacher, anything with Liam Neeson…
And who will accept the roles the actual stars turn down?
GET OFF MY FRANCHISE
That "James Bond" is a codename given to the new guy who takes over whenever the last guy gets too old, or asks for too much money, or is George Lazenby.
Marvel : We'll give you Jeremy Renner for 18 seconds.
Mo' money, mo' problems, as Socrates once said. Or was it Confucius, I'm not sure.
"He became so depressed he had to go to Shep Gordon's compound on Hawaii"
Haha that crazy Bill Murray, he's so wacky! Everyone loves good old Bill Murray! Also, remember that time he beat his wife?
Yeah. This, exactly. At release, it was considered a huge victory that it was a Star Wars movie that wasn't terrible. But that was about it. Once the dust settles, you realize its a loose remake of the original with recycled action scenes and beats, and the new characters have none of the charm of the originals, maybe…
Yeah I've watched both episodes so far, its…OK, and intriguing enough I guess. I'm not sure where any of it is going but I'll stick with it for now
I went to see Jack Reacher which was fine but I had to sit through that trailer for Will Smith talks to his emotions as represented by people like Keira Knightley and Helen Mirren etc and now I want my money back for every movie I've ever paid to see.
Damn you, MacGyver (though, amusingly, it still gets net positive points for this game even with a full season). Oh waddup I got Pure Genius this week - will America's love affair with Dermot Mulroney make it the smash hit of the season?
