There is such a thing as unarmed escrima, learned it back when I was in high school in my P.E. class. You can use any weapon in escrima, which includes your arms. So yeah.

Why are people so disturbed? I've seen worse and more realistic in other games. Like hatred, assassin's creed and even God of War. In fact, I remember Heavy Rain being way more disturbing.

I had interacted with this dev a lot on and has suggested a lot of ideas alongside others. Glad to see many of the requests are actually being listened to. I almost worry the game would be too driven by the fans, but I think he has struck a good balance on his own vision and the requests.
