Which would be reasonable if they marketed it as such. Everyone else is calling similar features adaptive cruise control, lane keeping assist, SuperCruise or BlueCruise. Tesla brought this investigation on themselves by calling their features autopilot and full self driving.

Shouldnt that be covered by warranty? I believe every genesis has a 10yr/100k powertrain warranty. That seems like excessive consumption to me

5th: Telsa is missing a deadline? Surely you can’t be serious.

Ever seen that South Park ep where Randy drives around in his Prius while being a smug asshole? That’s the vibe I get from this Benz and the type of driver it would attract, only to the 10th power worse.

1st - I very much doubt this will happen. Once they get a taste of the sweet, sweet money being thrown at their new SUVs, why on earth would they dial that back? Or is this some Jesuitical trickery, “all new vehicles will be electric from 2025"... But we’ll continue to *update* our SUVs wink wink ;-) (and we’ll have

In a weird way, Genesis is actually perfectly positioned to become a full-EV company, because so few people who know the brand. I remember my entire Genesis ownership experience was, “It’s a what?

Yup. It is about allowing existing AMG products to exist in the face of EU regulations.

Well that’s good news. With only 600 lb ft, I have found sometimes it’s hard to get up hills. That extra 400 lb ft should really help.

The rainbow motif as executed here may be a bit much for my personal taste, mostly as I don’t really like any decals or even bumper stickers on a car (not even when talking iconic decals), but I absolutely friggin love the sparkly gold. If I were designing it I’d have done the rainbow as a gradient transitioning along

In that case, the answer to your original question is “yes, they are”.

You know about the make the window skinnier trick right?

I was able to return my lease after 60 days because my Giulia was in the shop most of the time with un-solveable brake and trans codes/lights. I tried really hard to wait it out because I had a similar issue with a Fiat 500 Abarth but in two months of my lease I was able to drive the Giulia for a total of 9 days

I can’t believe that the Giulia doesn’t sell better. The “quality issues” that everyone talks about are bullshit since most of the people that like to talk about it have never even driven one.

Lawrence,

To me the KM and the Genesis look and feel very similar. The Hyundai is more clearly differentiated.

Because it is a KM with a fancy badge.

It definitely does not look like a luxury EV.

They’ve done some great designs (Ioniq 5, Sonata, Tuscon, GV70), but this looks like it was beaten to death with the ugly stick. I’d take BMW’s naked mole rat face over whatever the fuck this is supposed to be.

As much as I love unique OEM colors (including this one), I feel this wonderful color is better served on Hyundai or Kia (KM?).

Genesis has been really coming up with some very nice looking cars. This on the other hand...did they give it to the new kid to draw?
