Asians are people. Orientals are rugs.

No, I'm sympathetic towards him in general, and him choosing not to go ahead with it, and, in fact, looking a bit guilty says, "Well, I almost went too far there, what have I become." That's not the way to make us want to see him die. If the show was about a whole bunch of shades of gray, that'd be one thing, but

Completely 100% agree. The ending of episode 5 almost brought me to tears. This show came close to doing that in season 2 for a completely different, funnier reason.

What's wrong is that we are watching a show where the main characters casually go into a man's home, impale him with a katana, and then throw his body out to be eaten, and we consider that completely acceptable behavior. They are not villains to us, because that sort of behavior is justified in the eyes of the viewer.

I still find him a sympathetic character who does fucked up shit to survive. If he had actually gone through with it, I would have felt completely differently. He would have had none of my sympathy and I would've been looking forward to Maggie cutting his dick off.

Actually, she does cut his dick off afterwards. And take out one of his eyes.

That's kinda how I feel, to be quite honest. I think the Governor is TOO MUCH of a sympathetic character right now and had he done that, it would have completely eroded that sympathy. There's no way I could defend him if he did. But right now, he just seems like a kinda messed up guy trying to defend his community and

I actually felt they took the easy way out by doing that. If anything, it makes me more sympathetic to him. I realized that I am probably not going to enjoy the show as much without Woodbury and I'm actually rooting against Rick, even if I've read the comic and know that the Governor fails.

Saw an interview with Rollins recently, where he was asked about a Black Flag reunion and he said that many of the original members never got paid by Gregg Ginn. He said he is doing fine and so he does not count himself among that number, but that many of them are not. I remember Keith Morris, in particular, talking

I disagree with you, but you are definitely not the only one. I get in arguments all the time with friends who prefer the older stuff, but for my money, Loose Nut is the best album they ever did. The older stuff, to me, sounds like a million other bands. When they got Rollins and started getting experimental is when

I actually really liked this episode. I don't know if I'm alone in this, but I realized I like the show better when it doesn't focus on Kit. He's kind've a boring character. This had possessed nuns and Nazi Doctors and Zachary Quinto forgetting that Heroes was canceled. It was awesome.
