Like taking the perfectly functional steering wheel and chopping the top off?

The glass stand requires a subscription also.

Wacky crazily-designed bottles and glasses like that are fun to look at on the shelf at Binny’s while saying “whoa, cool” and then immediately moving past to get the functional and good things you’d actually consider buying.

This shit is such an apt metaphor for current day tech companies. Take two perfectly functional things (fucking GLASSES AND BOTTLES NO LESS), make them substantially less functional but they require you to use some nonsense other thing that only works with these glasses and bottles so that customers have to rebuy

That was very obviously a joke, if that had been a sincere statement it would make no sense. Please take your meds.

I’m being completely facetious, I’m sorry it came across as sincere. I fully endorse this news.

I saw somebody online saying that Andor is what Star Wars is when you exclude the Force: a terrible dystopia where people are trying to eke by.

If the error message is the same as Pokemon, though, the latter may make more sense. Pokemon has been done by Mega Construx instead.

I’m sure it’s the former and not the latter - the minute Mario sets were revealed, it feels like a foregone conclusion that eventually Zelda sets will be on the way.

yeah its kinda hard to feel bad for companies talking about raising prices due to inflation when they are still reporting record profits. nintendo is simply not being greedy bastards like most.

How are they not prepared for the transitions?  If they’re prepared for winter then they should be prepared for the transitions. Not every snowfall lasts 2 months. Sometimes it snows & melts right away. This isn’t new.

They are prepared for winter - where it can snow and the snow stays put for 2 months. No one is prepared for the transitions where maybe it is wet and maybe it is ice and maybe it is wet ice. The last is the worst as even putting down salt or sand fails as the water and vehicles washes it right into the gutters.

I dunno. Came down a sloped off-ramp going about 10 mph. About 50 feet ahead of me a car started a slow spin. So I let off the gas a little. Bad idea. It lost the little traction that was available where the highway department had directed runoff from an overpass that formed a lubricated ice patch. I did about 270

I really wish after the investigations were completed the police would come back with the one specific asshole that caused the wreck to begin with so that they could be publicly shamed. If, for no other reason, than to answer the question: Do they look as stupid as I expect somebody that would cause some shit like

I think most modern Mario games will give you a power up or invincibility.

Appreciate the supportive words and that’s totally true. We all have weak areas and blind spots depending on our background and experiences. I just cannot really get the dodging and hit boxes right in Soulsborne games (like how do I know when to dash INTO an enemy attack??).

The problem with “git good” takes is the same as that with “boss fights are bad” - a good boss fight isn’t necessarily a skill-check; it’s punctuation, a climactic setpiece.

I LOVE this. Maybe it’s just jaded me reminiscing about my Bloodborne/Dark Souls experiences, but I have flat-out quit a few of those games because I didn’t have the patience to continue to get walloped by a boss. Thus, I missed out on the beauty of large chunks of those games because it was simply too inaccessible (I

nah fuck you pilot, i would rather crash than change seats. damn the man!!!

On smaller puddle jumpers I have been asked how much I weight and been assigned accordingly. It is a safety item and people need to get over it.
