I had the practice of a twenty-year career in the military placing myself between hazards and the people that needed to be protected.

Got a wife & kids? If some Methany was threatening your family, you’d walk away & let them deal with it?

Just pull the light bulb behind the low fuel light. Problem solved

Judging from the gas lines I’ve seen at Costco these past few days, the gas shortage in NJ after hurricane Sandy is still fresh in a lot of people’s minds.

That’s good to know that something is happening!

“...OnceOnceOnceOnce we arrived we were told that they would only allow test drives if we agreed to a $10,000 markup on the car, otherwise, we couldn’t try it out...”

“... Looking to EVs as the sole fix to climate change is vastly underestimating how much work as a society we need to do to literally save our way of life.”

I taught myself to drive a manual on this & didn’t burn out the clutch (ask me about my motor mounts!). Super light weight & a decent aftermarket. I learned quite a bit about working on cars because YouTube was in its infancy & I only had our car club’s message board. (did you know you can install lowering springs

Which is a damn shame. I’d love to get a 4runner with 3 pedals

.... Mack!

I wish their axles were a touch more durable for those "children" with futures in QA/QC...

(don’t mind the copy pasta, I’m just trying to get some perspective on why that’s a thing)

I figured as much but wouldn’t it make sense from a manufacturing standpoint (i.e. saving $$) to develop an transmission that can be mated to several engines? Granted, I'm not taking about something super high powered or something like that...

No shit you were surprised! I’d think there was something wrong... Like, “whoops, let’s send this one back to the factory”

Wait, you could get power window options & still be stuck with cranks in the back?

Someone ELI5 why this is offered in both 5 speed and 6 speed manual?

Based on my own personal experience, I think it may be 45.0 seconds...

I gotta know what happens next!!

I don’t know much about t pain aside from auto tunes - this was so much better than I expected.

We actually used one of those “tactical” backpacks as a diaper bag. Loved the molle webbing, spacious & compartmentalized inside, sternum strap... It was also a fraction of the price of a diaper bag & noticeably bigger than typical diaper bags... I think it ran me $30 on Amazon?
