No, because of said power dynamics. You act as if women and men have the same amount of social capital/power. We don’t.

Context matters though. The problem with sexual harrassment is the power dynamic. In this situation she’s punching up, she doesn’t hold any sort of power over him, she’s either the same age or younger, and couldn’t possibly use any sexual encounter between them to hurt/retaliate against him so no. Now, if she said…
To be fair, they all have the same haircut and tattoo placement. And I was wrong, Trippie Red has cheeto hair, rich the kid is not pictured or even on the list.
Ski Mask the Slump God is the one Lil Pump is leaning on (although he’s the most talented on the cover so he should be in the middle, fight me), Smokepurpp is directly above Skimask, Rich the Kid (who has multiple DV charges) is the one in the front with the hot cheeto hair, YBN Nahmir is the child at the top right…
Ok, I should revise that. We’re not formally knocked out, but we’re not getting HQ2 and the Seaport office, there’s no way and it would be the worst idea ever.
We’re getting an office but not HQ2. They just got a lease for a huge space in the Seaport, but no one thinks they’re going to actually have both offices here. I don’t think there’s been a formal announcement that we’re out but there’s no way we’re getting two large Amazon offices here.
I was so glad when Boston got knocked out of the running for HQ2, we have enough problems with housing and public transportation, Amazon would only make it worse.
It’ll be interesting to see Scheana’s reaction to their inevitable divorce (either end of season 7 or beginning of 8). Part of me wants them to join forces and date so they can be an obnoxious shit stirring super group.
I’m trying to be hopeful. Maybe Brittany isn’t as naive as she seems. Best case scenario, they get their own spinoff, they get divorced in the second season, Brittany gets a one-season spinoff and then we never hear from either of them again. Fingers crossed that they don’t procreate.....
If anyone’s looking for a decent pop song/video about a lesbian/queer relationship check out What I Need by Hayley Kiyoko and Kehlani. Also, if I didn’t know any better, I’d think there was some shade directed at this “Girls” hot mess of a song.
Yeah, but that sounds like drugs more than anything else. Granted, what I know about the Smith kids is based of of ‘Super Rich Kids’ and their respective creative outlets, but they get a disproportionate amount of hate compared to other equally privileged and obnoxious celebrity kids (especially since Willow is still…
Yeah, if I’m being honest the beginning is a little bit to get through, it’s a little forced. It’s like Gossip Girl meets hype beast culture with a generation Z social conscience.
Yeah, they could definitely disappear if they really wanted to. It’s just bothers me that people always call them assholes or say they’re entitled just because they’re rich and into some weird hippy shit. They seem to get an excessive amount of hate and ire without much to back it up. They at least seem to be aware of…
How are they entitled though? They seem a little weird, and they’re super rich, but they don’t seem entitled. Especially if you look at their creative projects (mostly Willow’s) they seem to be pretty self-aware about their privilege.
I mean, I’m trying to say both things are happening at the same time. Yes, this individual cop stepped up and did the right thing, that’s great, but (meaning, however, or despite that individual experience here’s information that counters that) on the other hand as a whole they are not. I’m not sure what other…
Ok, however
I’m glad that the cop did their job and protected you, but historically and currently the police as an institution aren’t doing well at upholding their responsibilities to queer and trans communities of color. I don’t think anyone literally doesn’t want a protective force at Pride, but for me at least, it’s weird…
YUP! The police and certain corporate sponsors (i.e. banks and financial institutions) make me really uncomfortable at Pride. Especially when you take into account the cops past and present relationship with the trans community. I’m excited to go this year, but in light of everything that’s been going on I’m hoping…
Oooh, do tell more. He and his wife/gf (I don’t know what they are) seem exhausting.
Yeah, I just really find it hard to imagine that she’d never ever heard of these allegations until they came out. Like, at no point in their courtship (before they were married) did she bother to do a quick google search or ask around as to whether this guy was decent? She just took him at face value? That seems like…
