I put a lot of time in Marvel Heroes and while this was a shock to happen so fast without warning - the writing on the wall that stuff like this would happen has been there for a long while. The F4 haven’t gotten costumes in over a year save for Surfer whogot 1 costume this year. They started removing the NPC Reed

Actually Doom is also affected a bit. His default costume is no longer his Future Foundations (white), but is now his classic green costume. Which sucks a bit for me since I just got rid of my last white default costume in the blender a couple days ago. I always wore the green anyway, but still woulda been nice to have

They definitely won’t. The post - which has since been removed - mentioned that as part of the developer’s extension of the Marvel license they can no longer work with those characters. So it’s part of the license overall now at the company, not just particular versions of the game

It’s over-the-top silly emotionally manipulation even for Pixar.

I agree. Him being a replicant takes away from the story and comes out of left field even when the Graff character alludes to it.

Nothing against Howard. He’s a competent director, but nothing in his body of work really leads me to believe he’ll bring anything specific to a Star Wars project. He’s just a respected, likable person who can finish the picture the way Lucasfilm/Disney want it finished and will draw little fire from anyone due to

Flash’s 3rd season, while not terrible, was very disappointing. Definitely felt like the fastest man alive was on a hamster wheel most of the season; biding time and needlessly spiting the audience with repetitious plots from s1 and s2, so yes to ALL of that.

Leon Kennedy. Dude is fit and knows how to do hair. I feel like he could give me a lot of good advice and it wouldn’t be weird. Also dude like aggressively leaves pining women unattended. If she’s not Ada she’s getting turned down hard and I’ll be right there to pick up the pieces.

Actually the stakes is sort of what I think Disney wants out. Specifically to keep principle stars in for sequels. If Disney knew that people would want more Rogue One characters afterward they never would have went through with killing them all. We’d be hearing news about Rouge One 2 right about now if they could

Not the Cohen’s best, but some of the scenes, particularly that one were downright hilarious to me.

I agree and Han Solo is my favorite character. Lord & Miller were really the main draw for me since I enjoy their style and was curious to what they would bring to the project. Now that they’re gone there’s not much left to get excited about - though I’d like to see Donald Glover’s take on Lando.

True, but WB still might not be that studio. The new creative direction under Geoff Johns still has to go through the studio that said, “Yeah. Suicide Squad looks great!” after reading that hodgepodge mess of a script.

Can’t stand Lindelof. Between this and the directors leaving Han Solo thing I’m wondering what I did to piss off Hollywood today.

This is a (general) grievous loss for the project.

If by ending you mean the last 4 books then yes.

Ah, the commercial that plays Bloc Party’s song about ruining someone else’s life through sexual awakening/abuse. I had a minor panic attack a few years ago when I walked in and could hear my mother listening to it only to thankfully discover it was that commercial that cuts out all the lyrics.

I can’t wait for some “Netflix & DU” memes in a couple years

Not hard. I’m sure it was in the deal to put Spider-Man in the MCU.

Ha, I KNEW it was gonna be this song when I saw the title of this thread. Man, that scene was such a great slow burn. Such a great show. Ansari and co really went into depths of storytelling - I loved it. The last episode might have been the weakest, but other everything was firing on absolutely all cylinders.

Stranger Things + kaiju. It’s just too much. I need this so badly.
