So the script will match the series it’s based on in spirit then. A botched hodgepodge.

What? It’s one of the best. One if my absolute favorite. It finally tried to do away with the Marvel checklist and give us something you couldn’t see coming from miles away like every other predictable as hell Marvel movie.
inb4 “I prefer their older stuff”
There’s this whole “paradox of tolerance” thing going onhere so I can’t say you’re right, But I definitely can’t say you’re wrong. These are just bitter fucked up people changing the rules at the last second to spite a child. Who the fuck does that?
Are there any other straight guys who unironically love Tegan and Sara or is it just me? Like I’ve legitimately been listening to and following them for the last 10 years or so and absolutely love everything they do. Even their latest poppier stuff.
It’s a solid movie. It has some weak points. Namely in its lead actor. I love it
I found it to be pretty “meh”. Lotta boring up front and a lot of typical Gundam cliches in the back. Still haven’t finished the last couple episodes.
I feel like this statement could be applied to anything and be true.
So can I have a Kingdom Hearts movie now? Sure it’ll be awful, but in for a penny in for a pound.
This already happened over a decade ago at Disney. They’ve made an entire successful and beloved video game franchise out of it. It also includes Final Fantasy characters.
Kind of already a thing for the last decade and a half....
Definitely what I thought too. Similar archetypes.
Probably because it’s digital. It’ll never be good as more traditional styles, but it will always be cheaper and thus allow for things like a 10 episode remake of three decade old re-cut anime that actually has a surprisingly solid voice cast
“Silliness” be damned. That looks like footage from the first couple episodes at max anyway. I’m sure they will explore the more serious notes given more time across the 10 episodes.
To be fair. A lot of the universe is empty. I imagine it’s pretty easy to manage.
That’s... significantly more mundane.
I thought it was because he was Bluper Saiyan like Goku and Vegeta can do now.
You’re my best friend now, because this post accurately represents all the things.
It wasn’t the lack of blood and guts that’s made Wolverine painfully uninteresting on screen the last 10 years - it’s that they don’t do anything with the character at all. He’s had either no arc or the same exact arc since X2.
Thank you for this.
