I’ve hated every X-Men movie since The Last Stand, but god damn if those flight suits weren’t a huge step in the right direction in First Class... and then Bryan Singer returned, presumably blasting AC/DC Back In Black and single-handedly proving the stereotype that gay men are all fashion forward wrong.

At least Damon Lindelof isn’t handling the script?

Saving a galaxy always comes down to like 4 or 5 people tops.

He’s really the only good part to me anymore.

None of his Spider-Man movies are good though. They all involved a climax with a kidnapped Mary Jane (phrasing be damned). She was a walking plot point more than a character in the trilogy. At least in SM3 she’s not as absolutely wretched like in Spider-Man 2.

Disney is gonna sue for IP infringement. Then use the money they win to NOT fund the next Tron movie.

Shit I thought that was Ron Swanson

This movie was so close to perfect, but those flashback scenes stood out like a sore, Tim-Burton-daddy-issue-riddled thumb.

It was to make her boring costume more appealing to the children’s toy market. Which they still barely made toys of her for anyway so.... uh.

ugh... still on about this?

My first thought was “You’re using a dream sequence to promote the movie? Who does that? The last time that made sense was like Terminator 2 in 1991”

The characters bore me and there’s too much talking about geopolitical systems I care nothing about. It’s basically Game of Thrones II, which i already stopped watching, but with awesome kung fu.

Girls with short hair really do it for. ... a friend of mine who asked me to mention that here....

Yup. Dump months. Dead zone. Though I think Deadpool will do really well

Racial sensitivity is usually the last thing on the list to tackle when making a movie in Hollywood unless they’re trying to win an award... but something tells me that this movie is not exactly designed to clean up this awards season. Just a hunch.

So how does that happen? Isn’t he more or less indestructible?

Critically it was panned. Also it made twice the production budget, but that’s immediately brought closer to “break even” levels since production never include advertisement with is extremely expensive.

Damn your eyes...

They’re likely mass produced shields based on the RX78 protoype being re-purposed or so it would appear or at the very least they’re just a visual nod to the the original shield. Though at this point in the timeline I’m pretty sure they were mass producing Gundam models. I could be wrong though, my knowledge of the

I like the fact that they treat space as so ridiculously huge, like it really is, that some groups have secured various routes to various sectors/planets. Or at least that’s how it appears as the last several episodes have been about Tekkadan needing to secure passage on one of these routes.
