Dave McKenna is a good and sweet man.

Frats suck and are for losers. Figure it out, kids.

Can’t it just be that a black customer was acting rude and entitled to an over worked and underappreciated white customer service rep, who simply decided “not today, sister”?

Granted I haven’t turned in a paper in many, many years, but isn’t it standard protocol to upload the text into plagiarism detection tool? Presumably this would also give the word count of the paper, rendering the number of actual pages a pointless metric.

REAL GOOD article Stefan!

I don’t question that this is newsworthy, especially given your readerships insatiable appetite for Tesla related news.

My god, that museum. Incredible.

Posters brain is bad... and rich guy brain is worse... but when you combine the two?

Let them test the waters. It is your duty as a moral citizen to avoid their work, to make sure they don’t get your money. It is your duty to alert your friends that they should not give their money to somebody who profits from destroying others.

The fact that you’re questioning whether location services can reveal the location of a gamer playing online means that Bondi’s gambit has worked. You’ve written an entire article about a whole other issue that isn’t gun control. (I know that you know that, and your article hints at it but you’re kind of answering

I had a really, really dumb phase where if I was cutting bread I preferred not to use a cutting board (makes too many crumbs, man!) and instead opted to cut my bread over the sink, holding the bread with one hand and cutting with the other, just kinda hovering there. My roomate thought I was ridiculous.

Hard to know which is more embarassing... that someone saw this and thought they HAD to forward it to Jezebel... or that you posted it.

God, that Fastest Car bullshit was hot garbage. I watched every show. The sleeper car owners’ sob stories were like crack.

Go off, King!!

Hey man I’m just picking a side and arguing it. I think we should at least agree that it isn’t that cut and dry.

Comparing Joe Shmoe’s twitter account that may or may not be owned by the Who Cares News Company because some jerk wrote it in an employee handbook that may or may not be legally binding to the official twitter account of the President of the United States was a dumb way to try to win an argument.

Yeah, I mean, my whole argument is based on the idea that the employee handbook isn’t necessarily legally binding just because Jimmy the Office Manager typed it up. I could be wrong about that!

The company has no claim to the platform. It’s a twitter account, not an email address accessing company servers. These are not the same thing!

Not his property? Says who? He runs the account and has the password. Who else could claim it as their property? Bearing in mind what I already said about those employee handbooks not meaning shit in a legal sense.

Well, I’m just saying it may not be as cut and dry as you seemed to indicate it should be.
