Yeah, I mean that’s generally the case at a restaurant in the US too. I think the article is more talking about a bar scenario where you’re not necessarily at a table with a server.

As a Canadian who’s travelled the US quite a bit, and now lives here, I gotta say, the way you guys handle card transactions in general is janky as hell.

Kind of a weird case because I actually feel for the guy, he insured the car through ICBC and they simply are not paying out an adequate sum to cover the claim.

In the fall of 2013, me and good buddy of mine decided to move from our hometown in Ontario to Vancouver, BC. We loaded up my car and planned a route across Canada that would take about 5 days.

being angry because your comments are grey at the bottom of autoblog posts PROBABLY means you need to step back and re-evaluate some stuff.

While it IS extremely disappointing (while our men’s hockey team looks like it is about to lose to Germany in the semi’s) that we won’t win gold in either mens or womens curling or hockey (though we did win the mixed doubles curling gold) I can’t imagine how that disappointment compares to finishing below us on the

Yeah, ok, fair enough. But on the men’s side international hockey is only relevant these days at the Olympics, and Russia hasn’t put up much that’s been worthy of rivaling Canada in the post Soviet era, so I’m gonna go ahead and call that rivalry over (though I realize we’re very likely to see a CAN-OAR gold medal

I’m a Canadian man, and a huge hockey fan. As much as us Canadians love the USA, losing to you guys at anything, at any level stings. That said, this is one of the greatest rivalries in sports. Sucks that it ended in a shootout, but an entertaining battle for sure. See you in 4 years!

This is gonna sound cruel, but “it’s hockey!” so, here goes:

ahhhh shut up.

Deadspin: your number one source of bear related content.

Which bear is best?

here goes Drew, cowing to the will of BIG MORTAL once again! smh...

In Canada you can’t buy the plan B pill without speaking with the pharmacist. Is that true in the USA? Seems like this is the sort of thing that the pharmacist could catch. Doesn’t help soften the blow of having to maybe pay double for the drug, but I feel like that is a secondary concern (second to making damn sure

It’s not a drone if there’s a person in it.

The galling thing in all of this is how downright inept the Democrats continue to prove themselves.

People replying: OMG they make sugar-free energy drinks: There is no substitute that will be good for you in those quantities. If it doesn’t have sugar is has something else.

I feel like I’d be more worried about the sugar and other crap in a Monster (or any sugary energy drink).

These articles are good because we have the same car so I take the header image as a personal compliment in my own car buying acumen.

I recently moved across the country with only what would fit in my car, so there was a lot of stuff I had to start fresh with. I went to Ikea and bought like 50 of those good wooden hangers. SO LUXURIOUS. My closet will be reaping the benefits for generations to come!
