And it’s more disappointing when the Sequoia is the first out of the gates with the design upgrades from the Land Cruiser.

I wish there was more to pick from.  I need a larger SUV, and it seems the Exploder is the only non-plug hybrid that’s out there.

That’s valid as well.  As it is here in CA, I see charging stations near capacity a lot of the time.  I don’t see how the state can meet it’s goals for EV without a huge infrastructure change.  Then you have larger states like Texas that require even greater distances.

One of the best articles I’ve read here.  Learned a lot of new things today!

Thank you for saying the quiet part out loud.

I’ve seen the 12 or so different varieties they have on the shelf at H-Mart here, and they are all terrifying to me.. Is there one that’s got the flavor that’s on the mild side? (how spicy is the curry one? is it chili spicy, or is it curry spicy?)

Race style ones are meant for the desert southwest where you have dunes and whatnot.  But if you don’t live close there, you can rent them for the day.

This.  These are the new dune buggies.  And the ones designed for hunting can typically go places that a modern pickup can’t.

I applaud you for writing this article, it’s so much better than other writers who attend this sort of event and hid jabs at this and that to cover their insecurities. Your coming articles will be better as you don’t have to hide your personal perspective.

No...  the simplified menu works fine for those that have no clue.   The secret menu also isn’t hard.  3x3 for 3 patties, etc.

And that’s the “right” way to do a secret menu for fast food.

The only fastfood hotdog I’ve had that’s worth the price is Costco.

Yep.  Those sorts of things work, because they’re also established over time.  Not because of some nit on TikTok that suddenly overwhelms the poor workers who have no idea.

It makes the customers feel special,  simplifies the regular menu for the indecisive, and keeps the more oddball items away from customers that might complain if they try it.

You’re completely missing the value and benefit of a secret menu. The biggest benefit (besides letting customers feel “cool” so they return) is the “standard” menu is simplified to keep the line moving. If all those things were on the regular menu, the already long lines at In-N-Out would be 5x a long because some rub

If those same lame things are what you do to your servers.. shame.

Funny, I don’t see most users complaining about Elon..  it’s mostly journalists.

If only all those whining about Twitter and threatening to leave, would do so, then stop talking about Twitter.

It also desperately needs front fender flares, and a warning sticker that the exoskeleton is only good for holding accessories.

5 Guys used to be good.. but we have ~3 locations within easy driving distance of me, and in the past few years, I’ve gotten nothing from them besides limp fries that make InNOut fries look good, and sad messy burgers that clearly have no care put into the assembly.  Maybe it’s a local problem, but they are just bad
