DM me your address. I’ll send you every piece of junk old hardware I have lying around, so you can preserve it.
Hard pass. Telluride wasn’t great on ground clearance to start with.
Also consider adding a mouse and keyboard, especially if you’re going to spend time in the browser to get to specialty streaming sites. Note, Bluetooth devices won’t work directly, but most others will work with just plugging in the wireless dongles.
So this was a RSD (rapid scheduled disassembly) contrasted to SpaceX’s RUD events.
Yep, stop digging for Lithium, start drilling for more oil. (and/or continue to be at the mercy of China...)
Yeah, I drive with the left, and I’m used to 15 years in a Ridgeline with a fat center console rest for my arm.. :D
Yeah, at least with the Bronco it’s actually a performance choice, where the Bronco is better at some things.
Honda seems to be the worst offender recently, with this “trailsport” as well as the HPD Ridgeline.
I guess it’s easier to clean mud off of black plastic bits than chromish plastic bits? :D
And the armrests.. those horrid armrests...
Wife and I tried the Subarus at the LA Auto show, and I think we’re too used to riding in my truck. :-) Need a bit more room and the ride height feel. Of course, the Wilderness does have better ground clearance. The new Jeep didn’t spark joy either.
There’s another rule that’s emerging here.. if an auto company is comparing their product to a competitors, the competitor’s product is probably the one you should be buying..
But then you still have those horrid armrests... give this thing a center console armrest and I might consider it..
Goes along with the rest of the “sticker and stitches” upgrades that this and the Ridgeline HPD have.
I want a mild offroader, and right now I’m looking at the Explorer Timberline, which at least has some mechanical changes.
Yeah, but Honda is selling this for the trail, and it literally has nothing for the trail over a different trim level. Same for the HPD package for the Ridgeline, which is nothing more that stickers and different colored plastics.
The fatal flaw with the Passport, and some of Honda’s other vehicles, is those horrific “armrests”, which are neither placed correctly, or wide enough.
Rust and an oversized fleet.. you really need to start hanging out with Jason more and not David..
Ugh... One would have hoped that they would have gotten rid of the Botox cheeks on the front end. Guess that design is gonna stay in the new 4Runner when it comes out too.
