Counterpoint.. at what level do we make crime not crime and declare open season? SF kinda has that problem with shoplifting. All the folks stealing catalytic converters? better let them go free too. If a criminal knows he won’t get chased.. that creates other problems.

Depends on company size too.  But the reward metrics should not be tied nearly has heavily towards profit, but instead to other company health metrics..  and performance metrics based on profit should reward all employees.

Counterpoint..  CEO pay structure needs to be rebalanced as well.  While they certainly don’t need billions, their pay should be structured less around stock bonuses and more about other performance metrics, including company health.    There are CEOs that started the businesses as well, so that’s another different…

Not all states offer road kill tags, but if you’ve got a pickup truck and a meat packer that can take care of the deer for you, not bad for some extra meat.

I’d argue that Costco birds are still better than Smart&Final, and cost a buck or two less, but Smart&Final is a mile from my place, while Costco is ~10 miles...  so it’s usually S&F.  

Another contender here should be Smart&Final. Their birds are $1 more than Costco, but similar heft and juiciness. So, location of store to you will decide this one.
