Shit, I completely forgot about that.
To be fair, the 918 and most other cars not called "Ford GT" were not developed by a small team in a small room in a basement under some Ford building.
Looks like shitty Halo armor. Or, most of the armor designed by 343.
You know what? No. Fuck you. I had to drive one of these for nearly two months because my car was in the shop. It was a 200, not a Sebring (for whatever difference it makes), but still.
So the CT6 will go up against...the 5-series and E-class? I thought that's what the CTS was for? Also, if they come out with something to compete with the S-class, fuck your alphanumerics. Eldorado or GTFO.
That's exactly the point. Get Cadillac (and their potential buyers) away from the Cruze and Sierra. If I'm shopping for a Mercedes, being in a lot alongside Ford and GMC or whatever would be a bit off-putting. I'd expect some idiot salesman to show me the "new E-series with the ecodieselboost! Where are you going?"
Disagree. Most of their cars still look like derivatives of other brands. Very nice derivatives, sure. But still not very unique. They're getting there though.
"No Ecotec/Vortec engines were harmed".
Makes sense. Thanks for clarifying.
The 4-speed Toploader was pretty damn durable. It wasn't up to the task?
It feels odd to see the same gear shift from my Mustang in this 5 million dollar legend.
According to the wiki article, there were a number of engineering advantages to the design, and it notes that the engine was a clean-sheet design. I doubt they would have kept using an old Plymouth block.
Quick question: why are they called "wedge" engines?
Popular crate engine for other brands, but only installed from factory in GM vehicles. I don't think this will come close to the Buick V8.
Slightly pedantic correction: the SR-71s used the Buick 455. Good call though.
542 being the number of dollars spent on the interior and body panels.
The color in this article you found looks better than what Jalopnik posted. That shit is hideous. And so is the ducktail.
When will they learn that subscription models don't work anymore? If your game is not World of Warcraft, don't bother.
