There is not a single mention of politics in the entire article, what the fuck are you smoking? Put down the Saviour Schnapps.

I realize now that I kept referring to the Mario Galaxy games as “SMO” and “SMO2”.
Fair enough.
I hope this does not come across as too dismissive, but while I’m sure there is an interesting debate to be had on whether or not the story elements make SMO a better or worse game or whathaveyou, that was never my point at all.
I dispute this “general consensus” because it’s based on nothing more than hearsay, one that I haven’t heard myself btw, but there is no point in following that line of argument if all we have is a “he said-she said” situation.
And SMG isn’t? What
My little sister cried watching those storybook chapters and to date “the story of princess Rosalina” is one of her favorites. How does that “add nothing” ?
The first time around, yeah. If it ain’t broken...
I’m still shocked that he thought Super Mario Galaxy had “too much story” and decided to strip down whatever bare bones narrative Galaxy had completely for SMG2.
They also had one of those holographic concerts
Is it really that hard to read the original news report Kotaku is sourcing?
The dialogue in Night in the Woods is out of control. Great game.
That’s good. The point of balancing is to make it fair to play against her while still maintaining her viability as a playable character.
Oh I’m sorry, you are complaining about a game asking for 20 bucks for a complete experience while defending the right for triple A publishers to sell you pieces of a game for premium price? Lmao get the fuck out of here. Or maybe you prefer it that way because each piece can fit into a gift card? 🤔🤔🤔🤔
Oh, I see where you are coming from now. You think the YT thing and patrolling social media sites is the kind of thing they are mostly doing. Wrong. In the full developer update up top, Kaplan explicitly mentioned that is only one of the many ways they are tracking player behavior. In the same video. he also mentions…
Wrong, you are thinking of it as something existing outside of the game, when that is not the case. The team working on the anti-toxicity tools may not be strictly responsible for, say, hero balancing, but there is much more to Overwatch than just what happens inside a match. These are the same kind of people that…
Triple A companies have publishers who spend millions on market analysis to determine which price will generate the most profit.
Do it. It’s fine.
Actually, building the reporting tools and systems that monitor toxic player behavior—as well as coming up with new, more effective ones that are able to catch it before the community managers have to get involved—is very much a thing the programmers in their Features team have to do.
