Some years ago I sold a car for $300. The car was in perfectly good running order, no major maintenance needed. I offered it to a community for that particular car, figuring someone else would have an opportunity to appreciate it since at that point I couldn’t deal with an additional vehicle. I thought I found the

My version of rev matching would be a simple toggle or push button for on-off. It always stays in whatever state you last left it at when you drove it. I wish that was the case for ALL settings in a car, whether it’s the stability control or “mode” selection. Disabling the stability control systems in my cars isn’t

Sadly no. I think the same production company along with most of the same actors went on to do other similar “bikini” themed movies (Bikini Car Wash springs to mind), but I didn’t bother with any of the others. Why mess with perfection?

It’s probably due to some unusual scenarios they are taking into account. Like you’re parked on the side of the road with the running when someone crosses lanes and crashes into you. You’d probably want that airbag to deploy. It’s just easier to tell the vehicle to always deploy rather than risk a lawsuit.

To be fair, Lord of the G-Strings is my absolute favorite of the crappy pseudo-porn “Skinemax” movies. It’s hilarious, especially after a couple of drinks. Of Smirnoff, of course.

This is a common complaint these days in popular twitch games like Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds. Up until the most recent monthly patch to smooth out the netcode, streamers tended to have much smoother gameplay when playing on servers outside of their redion (e.g. North American players hated NA servers, much

DORYA!

In the So Cal neck of the woods in the late 90's the big event was Quake 1 & 2 at “Bastard’s Beatdown” at the offices of... Well I can’t really remember the specific details anymore but I *think* part of that office went on to create GameSpy or got folded into a larger Quake community.

Except anything landing on Titan would be more like this:

Subtitles are definitely worth it. Sometimes shows have quiet or mumbled parts that are hard to hear regardless of volume.

Maybe they’re just lumping in the Costo dogs with Hebrew National. Before HeartBurnKid mentioned that little detail, I was also a bit surprised that they didn’t make the list.

I own a 1995 Ford Probe GT that I purchased in July 1995 (Yes, I’m dating myself). In June of 2007 it was parked semi-permanently due to many maintenance problems with 142,xxx miles on the clock.

Yea but as a minor, the baby would probably get off with just a slap on the wrist and some raspberries on the belly.

Right? I was so stunned I even forgot to ask what Honda dealer took the trade-in so I could at least pass the word to the Evo community.

A good friend of mine had a bone stock Evo 9 SE in dark gray up until about two years ago. She had all the service records. I told her it was about as rare as a virgin in a party sorority. She still traded it in for a Honda hybrid...

Excellent story, Sir. I hope there will be a great sequel when the book of your father’s excellent life is completed.

I guess I only lost about 10 points wathing that. Even as a young kid I thought this was pretty stupid.

The examples given range from hilarious to crap, honestly. But yes, in general the artwork does suffer from perspective and other issues due to the time constraints they often have.

When asked, I tell people I’m just a good southern boy. Born in South Korea, raised in South America, living in Southern California, and I’m a Southpaw (all true). So I figured I could get away with the gag.
