Uhg yes "new Beetle" should've been included. 

2nd gen “new Beetle” looks great, first gen hung on for way too long with the overemphasized circular lines and bubble appearance comparitively. 2nd Gen got the lines correct and is a better interpretation of “retro done right”.

Looking at those D pillar shapes you can also see how rearward visibility kept taking a hit with every evolution as well.

While theoretically you could calculate out the destination charge in real time, most of these are probably contractually-based to minimize the price fluctuations that do occur. They already average the fee out so that someone 20, 200, and 2000 miles all pay the same amount, which is where the big difference is.
