What I love is how ANY and EVERY white person is deputized to enforce their version of the law when they see fit. I agree. It’s such a flexible spice. I would suggest onion powder and celery salt too. They also have a lot of uses. Old Bay Seasoning is a useful addition if you cook a lot of seafood as well. Especially shrimp.
