Just as Martinez belongs for his bat Vizquel belongs for his glove. When you’re one of the best of all time at one facet of the game that should be more than enough.

Giri Collins needs some more love for the drubbing she gave Kerber. Kerber could have played the best tennis of her life in that match and still been decimated. I can’t recall ever being so impressed by some of the decisive winners being struck in a match.
When NE had the ball and the pass to Hogan that was eventually overturned he said 3 timeouts 60 seconds left here is where you use your first time out. That wasn’t included in the reel of predictions and honestly most anyone could say use a timeout there, but he specifically identified that because they had 3 TO that…
I’m not saying he wasn’t good. I’m asking why he wasn’t better.
Can’t change the play seconds before the snap from the booth. You can only do that standing on the field as the QB. Some of the stuff he knew they should be doing. Some of the stuff was bang on reads based on the defense.
That’s my first instinct when I think about if Romo would be an effective coach or coordinator. He is seeing everything as a QB from a perspective better than which the QB can see it from. The only person on the field able to do anything about it by the time Romo figures it out is the QB via an audible.
What I don’t get after listening to him broadcast is why he wasn’t a better QB.
Should be a penalty to look at him.
I double knot my shoes because if I did not they would come untie themselves in like 30 seconds. I also can’t fold paper or cut paper in a straight line. Tasks like this elude my talents.
Also going to the movies solo when I was single made me feel like a loser. Going to the movies solo when I have a wife and 6 year…
Maybe you should look at Farmers insurance. They cover that. And drive by ballooonings and parking splat and a moose and a swing set. In all seriousness though based on what I’m paying for insurance I would be shocked if this wasn’t covered.
I live in Michigan. Michigan winters are starting to get to it.
This raises an interesting point and one I’ve got a vested interest in learning about. We will be in the market for a new vehicle soon. Most likely a Mazda CX-5 or Honda CR-V when my wife’s 06 Pontiac Vibe becomes more expensive to maintain than it is worth.
We have been saving to pay cash for whatever we get. It’ll…
I have every ticket from every baseball game my family went to on summer vacation. 30 years later it is nice to be able to look back and say yeah we did Shea Statidum and 3 rivers on the same year in 1993 or whatever the case might be. They’re a cool keepsake.
So many people don’t understand mental health issues. “just suck it up” when you’re feeling depressed is something I’ve heard from parents to depressed children. It doesn’t work that way. ESPN ran a story on one of the Cowboys defenders that’s worth a read. I hope the league can learn to support these players…
I enjoyed the satire, but I also wonder if she enjoyed the actual game.
Yet the guy who could win didn’t and the guy who should have been concerned about losing didn’t block him either.
because then you’ll have less teams in the league. What’s the point in having a team if there’s no way you’ll ever be competitive?
Oh the stadium scam is a totally different discussion. I’m just asking if the team is profitable and if as a business they’ve got the money to reinvest in more/better players. I’m not being rhetorical.
Are the Twins raking in a huge profit that as a business they could invest in a more competitive team? People with money don’t get there by running business in the red.
I fully expect a post about a fire caused from fixing this. I hope I’m wrong.
