Can’t change the play seconds before the snap from the booth.  You can only do that standing on the field as the QB.  Some of the stuff he knew they should be doing.  Some of the stuff was bang on reads based on the defense.

That’s my first instinct when I think about if Romo would be an effective coach or coordinator. He is seeing everything as a QB from a perspective better than which the QB can see it from. The only person on the field able to do anything about it by the time Romo figures it out is the QB via an audible.

What I don’t get after listening to him broadcast is why he wasn’t a better QB.

I have every ticket from every baseball game my family went to on summer vacation.  30 years later it is nice to be able to look back and say yeah we did Shea Statidum and 3 rivers on the same year in 1993 or whatever the case might be.  They’re a cool keepsake.
