The movie was stupid fun…but stupid being the key word. When a villain sends out hit men to simply kill Bond, but then needs to set up elaborate 1960’s Batman torture devices (twice) when the hit men fail instead of just shooting him, it falls into the very stupid category.

The government isn’t interfering or providing pressure to do anything. He is asking the government to provide trademark protection…denying him that does not interfere with any of his first amendment rights. You really need to get a better understanding of what exactly free speech means.
