There is a reason the STI and Evo are dead.

Is it a tub chassis? A true unibody prefers the stiffness added by typical pillar doors. Also, you can’t open the rear doors from the outside without blocking then front doors. Closing without blocking can only be done from the rear.

It’s not their market. It is worse than asking Cadillac to build a <$20k car.
