This is crazy. I was looking at one of these this week. Same running gear as the Cayenne Hybrid. For some reason there are a lot more of those available for sale. Makes sense for the gated community, I guess. In the very limited market for these, this is a great price.

The good news is the station is already built downtown. They spend $400 Million on a station to nowhere. This is a good project that can be picked up privately.

I have spent time and money trying to build a smart home. I own all the apple stuff (macbook, phone, tv, ipad). It does nothing for home automation. Homekit is a sham right now. Siri is terrible.
