GameStop employees: Leave now. Get out. Take any other job if you can find one. Warn others to stay away.
If you thought your life was miserable before, you don’t want to see how it goes with that CEO attitude.

All fair points. I’m still enjoying it a lot, but fair points none the less. Many of them have been complaints I’ve had myself - particularly the segmented world feel.

Including DRM is rarely a developer’s best option since it ends up giving your paying customers a worse experience than a pirate gets

Ah that ol’ lying two-faced nugget: “Game dev is 100x more expensive now”.
Yeah, but that isn’t actually a reason, since you’re also selling 100-1000x as many copies as you did on Famicom.

Oh absolutely. And I’m not advocating that Bethesda shouldn’t do better, just because modders are there to pick up the slack.
They should, and they need to - I agree 100% that it breaks down in late game.

Shit happens, and yeah Kinja sucks >_<
The whole “scroll down for spoiler” isn’t great though, when you also have to scroll down for more contents anyway. It’s better to just avoid posting spoilers when the site doesn’t support them.

Yeah that’s always been the way it works in Bethesda games. Have so much loot you choke on it, and vendors have no money to buy it. That and weight is the way they balance income so you’re not a millionaire after 3 missions.

Skyrim came out in pretty much every single year since. They have had plenty of opportunities much, much later.

Yeah I mean everyone doesn’t know everything and that’s ok, but if it was somehow a joke however, it’s a real bad reason for a major plot spoiler in a place that doesn’t offer spoiler blocks :/

I 100% read the last sentence on the first one as “briskly walk away from Starfield’s biggest election denier - Alyssa Mercante” and was hella confused for a second.

The same officials explained to the outlet that the wild bear was likely moving through the famous theme park and resort in search of food.

While I agree that it’s not to generate buzz as such, there is no reason to place the phantom container so close to the surface that it can be reached.
They are absolutely doing it on purpose at this point, probably as a kind of easter egg.

So I would love to agree with you, but the thing is; Square Enix games *almost always* perform “below expectations”.
In the past this hasn’t been a reflection on the quality or sales of a given game, so at this point it seems they either overestimate on purpose as a strategy to placate shareholders short term (and now

I’m pretty happy that this was a bug, because while I celebrate sexual positivity, the magnitude here just felt completely “off” to me - and it didn’t seem to be just sexual either.

This happens constantly in articles about Fallout, I’ve stopped noticing because I just assume that they do this :p

That was my first thought as well. In which case I would sue the “airtist” for the bad publicity/not satisfying the terms of the contract, if I was Amazon.

Which is irrellevant here, since this is fucking Amazon and Microsoft that are involved. Two of the wealthiest megacorps on the globe.

It’s true that adding devs doesn’t necessarily mean better/faster - but that does not mean you can just remove 50 devs from projects and make them run just as well or better either. If that was the impetus, they could have moved devs from current projects to smaller teams for indie sized games or prototyping.

You can drop in and out in BG3 though - the only hinderance is that you need to all start the game together. After you have all created your characters, your friend with the main game can just keep playing and treat your characters like NPC’s, and when you then later join his game again, you just take control of your

So I use Steam streaming to my large Samsung TV in the living room, so it would absolutely be welcome there. It’s a great way to get couch gaming in with my girlfriend.
Buuuut I feel like my/or steams network is already struggling with 1080p at times. Occationally hard pixellations, lag and big time frame drops. I have
