@tchrman35: I've never had a problem connecting to WPA with Ubuntu. My laptop is right now, using the Broadcom drivers. It just connected right up with no issues. Have you tried a different router? I know sometimes routers are picky.

How the hell does Knobloch not have the correct insurance for his shop? This is completely inexcusable. If you leave your car with a shop, it becomes their responsibility. If they don't want that responsibility, then they shouldn't be working on the cars.

@Don Fehlio: I agree. My 3rd Gen is just about perfect. Electric locker, plenty of mods available, fuel injection, great reliability. It just seems to hit all the right spots, and has all the great comforts (electric locker/power windows) without all the nanny stuff like TPMS and roll stability control and traction

@Squalor: It's quick, easy, and consistent. And, much less than either Chick-Fil-A or Five Guys. While the other two are much better, they're also much more expensive (for me).

@Bueller: But it's not a series hybrid anymore because the gasoline engine does now provide motive force. In a diesel-electric train, the diesel will never mechanically turn the wheels. It's a pretty big difference.

I really like this and the 1 Series. I don't need my 4Runner to get to/from work.

I don't understand why people are complaining about the Fire Department and not the homeowner. I'm not upset at all with the FD, the homeowner should have paid their fee to receive service. I don't understand what is so difficult about this?

@SkipErnst: What, is there some other pressing concern? I mean, hello, TV commercial volume always ranks high on the polls. :)

At least when I'm driving I can see the idiots out there, and try to anticipate what they're doing and adjust accordingly. However, I can't see the idiot that programmed the car, that now has complete control over my life.

@geolemon: There is really only one thing I have serious issues with on my PS3, and that's no NTFS support, or really any support for file sizes larger than 4GB. Some of my movies are over 4GB, and that requires the use of a DLNA server. If the PS3 would support file sizes over 4GB then it really would be perfect

@IndustrialJones: I never do either, and I'd like a Desire HD, but, it's even lower PPI due to the larger size. Seriously, if the Desire HD had a 960x540 display I'd be happy. :)

This just confirms why I miss the screen on my Droid. I LOVE that screen, seriously, I cannot stress that enough. My Galaxy S (Vibrant) however, I hate it, for exactly what they talk about here. I do way too much reading/browsing and IMO, text looks like crap on this thing. The display is one of the reasons I'm

Glad I switched to T-Mobile for the Vibrant. I was considering waiting for this, but with this crap, I'm glad I left.

@The_Vitto: Just added to my Netflix queue.

I stopped using the iPhone/iPod/iPod Touch as soon as I got my first Android phone, the G1. I hate carrying multiple devices, and while the music player is by far better on the iDevices, it's not worth carrying multiple devices around. I want one device that does it all.

@lindsayk: Why not? In Airplane mode it's no different than a iPod. What rules allow an iPod but not a smartphone in airplane mode? I've even been on flights where they specifically say to turn phones off or put them in airplane mode. I've used my Droid/G1 both on planes, watching movies and music and never had a

@combat chuck: Looks like the Beautiful Widgets weather widget. I use that as well, with the Beautiful Weather Live wallpaper that changes based on weather and sun/moon position. Together they work really well.

@jayrock423: I agree, Ft Collins Brewery is awesome. The two I have to visit whenever I get a chance is NB and FCB. Not a fan of Odell's.
