Dang, two vehicles I like are on this list! The BMW 5-Series GT and the Toyota Venza. I don't care what you say, I like them both!

My opinion may not be popular but it is based on several different vehicles over many years. My current DD is a 325i w/ Blizzaks here in Idaho and I have zero issues. However, my next BMW will be AWD. I personally love the driving characteristics of AWD for general driving, and AWD + ST will dominate anything else on

Idaho and Utah are also like this. Nothing worse than going 80 (speed limit up here), and coming up on someone going 55 just because. Those are the people that should be cited. I don't know how many times there are jams on the interstate because some schmuck is going 55 in an 80 zone and truckers/cars are trying to

The North Face eTip I have don't have the silver tip anymore, the entire glove is an conductive material. Much nicer than the tipped gloves I've used from both Columbia and North Face previously. They're reasonably warm, and the fit is quite good. I haven't had any issues with them, and they're far more usable now

I have two vehicles, a BMW 3 series and a Toyota FJ. The BMW traction control is amazing, even in its strict mode. The FJ on the other hand is freaking stupid. The FJ doesn't respond as fast, responds significantly more dramatically (cutting ALL power immediately), and feels like a brutal and barbaric tool compared to

I've used them on a few vehicles, I think GM vehicles, and agree that they were horrible. I always thought they were a lame option. However, I have them on my 3-Series and they're magical. Now nothing is more irritating that playing with the wiper stalk in my other vehicle that doesn't have the rain sensing.

Funny thing is, when I had a Freelander (worst vehicle EVER) the only part they DIDN'T replace was the transmission. Entire front suspension, A/C, engine, rear suspension...but the transmission was always fine.

I disagree with Midway. I love it compared to the hell that is O'Hare. And I recently went to NYC and was shocked to realize that NEITHER airport has subway connections. I mean, WTH?

Ditto, I've seen this happen too. Over about 15 seconds the car just fell to the ground. Things fail, use jack stands.

The only thing not replaced on my Freelander before I traded it in was the transmission. New engine, suspension, A/C, cooling system, EVERYTHING. It was ridiculous. So glad to get rid of that thing.

Auto dimming mirror...generally I hate them. The ONLY auto-dimming mirror I've ever liked is the one on my BMW. All the ones I've used from Ford/Dodge/GM/Toyota have all sucked. Horribly dark at night, always.

Never heard of these two planes...this is awesome! We really did try some crazy things at one point.

Oh dear...it must be dusty in here...that car...

Sorry, I should clarify that the 13" rMBP takes the 33o model (mine), which isn't on sale. The differences are the depth of the card so they fit flush. I think performance should be similar though so I gave my results.

I just got one for my rMBP 13. I only have the 128GB SSD so this is a huge help for space issues. I can hardly even see it, and the speeds are no issue for how I use it. Here are my xBench for it:

How many people under 40 do you think have heard of Trans Am? Most people have heard of NASCAR, which is why I used that. I explain the differences of course, especially the road course vs oval, but it doesn't help to use another series people have never heard of.

That's how I explain V8 Supercars to people here. But, I much prefer V8 Supercars. So much more exciting and better racing in my opinion!

Who watches TV for up to date anything? TV is always slower than other sources of information. Heck, I don't even watch TV (broadcasts), or listen to radio stations at all. Jeez, guess I'll just die right?!

I had a 328d as a loaner and loved it...until I saw the sticker was $50K. Uh...not going to happen. Not when I get an M235i for $47K.

Now playing

Moab you say...in a Land Cruiser you are? Hmm...AWESOME. I went last year with a bunch of FJ guys. We did Kokopelli into Moab from Grand Junction. Tons of fun on Koko. I found Moab to be a bit boring just because the rocks didn't pose that much of a challenge (IMO). I had more fun on Koko and in Canyonlands, but
