She is better than Peri with Six. I really liked the chemistry with her and Baker. It's a shame it's only one story. 80s Who just seems to have the worst luck, everytime something seems to be working, something else goes wrong. Culminating, of course, with the show rediscovering it's groove right before its

"That Mogarian is playing Galaga! Thought we wouldn't notice, but we did."

No, fuck that. I love Colbert (look at my avatar!) but that's because I love the Colbert Report. Seeing him be forced to bland it up for network audiences would gut me. Like, I wish the guy success, and if that's what he wants he should go for it, but I'll be hurt.

I'll have you know I AM

Banjo-Tooie maybe?

I clicked on it and now my life is so much richer, thanks.

Oh no, I hadn't heard about that. Shit, I hope it's not stuck in development hell.

It's so frustrating because she brought it on herself, unless there's an update I missed.

Godammit Microsoft, let Rare produce a good game again!

I stand corrected. But still not among current boys.

Allowed is different from encouraged. That's just his right to free speech (well technically expression, but you get the gist). Considering how the kid was taken out of school for wearing the backpack, I think the school would rather he didn't actually.

I figured. I just wanted to have some fun with it.

Ditto, those kinds of commercials lasted well into the 00s.

Who is encouraging boys to wear Hello Kitty to school? Pretty sure Hello Kitty isn't popular anymore, and boys never touched it even when it was popular. That's such a weird and wrong thing to say, I can't even get mad at the implications, because the face of it is so blatantly wrong.

Sounds like the Bionicle tie-ins, but replace all the "tragic backstories" and "white collar crime" with "some really weird, metaphysical shit".

…thanks?

I can't remember the wording to Dean's line about how they were working for the company with the snake logo, which is why it made sense that they were paid minimum wage but…that was funny. Yeah.

THAT'S where I recognized the ending from! Whole time I was like "huh this whole Jeff in a dream thing reminds me of something but I can't put my finger on what…" Figures it was my single favorite episode of television.

That's not universal though. I've never seen a single episode of L&O or GI Joe and found both episodes hilarious. Though I know the aspects they were mocking from other shows.

A-. Gags about bad animation are my jam.
