I totally agree. Have you heard her album? It’s incredible. The last thing I was expecting from a Trixie Mattel record was genuinely emotionally affecting folky bluegrass and alt country, but I LOVE it.

This! Trixie is hilarious and brilliant in her own right and they are comedy gold together.

I have an app called Stop, Breathe, and Think on my phone- it’s free, and it has some really good, easy guided meditations that take you through calming visualizations. It also has a built in tracking tool so you can track the days you meditate and write in how you feel before and after meditating.

Thank you for these, I really appreciate them. I’m going to send them to my mom too, she was texting my earlier worried sick because one of my cousins is in Seoul for a study abroad trip. :/
