They look western to you because YOU are western. Japanese people see them as Japanese. That's literally all there is to it.

That's an observation as old as anime, and your assumption is the popular one among westerners.

You sure about that, bro?

Hey, thanks for the heads up. That's not a bad deal at all for someone considering getting a vita in the (extremely) near future..

Hold the phone. Are you guys talking about tasty waifus?

The circle pad pro is part of a strategy?

Yep. Pretty much whenever I take the time to notice someone writing.

It weirds me out when I see people writing with their right hand. The right-handed glove cursor never bothered me though because I mouse with my right hand as well.

Look at the perspective of the screen. The picture was taken from a significantly distorting angle.

As for the Idiocracy prediction, the actual trend is the opposite. Humans, as a species, are becoming not just better educated, but fundamentally smarter as well. The entire bell curve of human intelligence is shifting in a positive direction.

Oh, I have plenty to say, but there's really no point in continuing to talk with someone who is either trolling or or going out of his way to ignore reality. Still had fun though, so thanks for that.

Excellent. But.... still considerably less than what I was hoping for.

Okay, now I know you're just trolling. Good day sir.

(I know Luigi's Mansion will be downloadable, but one title does not a revamp make.)

This is a step in the right direction, but have they announced any broader plans for downloadable games? How about letting us download DS titles, too?

Remember when they announced a revamp of the eShop (adding the ability to download full retail games and such)?

I'd like to imagine that there's someone cosplaying as Jesus at the convention and they're just challenging you to find him (or her?).

I like you because I came here to say the same thing. People just hate being wrong.

For starters, we need to get people outside of the scientific community to acknowledge that the problem exists. It's the "does smoking cause cancer?" debate of our time. And I say "debate," but it's actually science vs. money from people who want the science to be wrong.

I'm glad facts matter to you. I have facts. As I said before, I have the body of scientific evidence on my side.
