Those are horrible comparisons. Totti IS everything to Roma, but Ruth was the world’s best & most famous player. Mantle would be a better comparison IF the Yankees franchise wasn’t littered with so many other players that mean so much to the fan base (Gehrig, DiMaggio, Jeter, etc.)
