CRT & dialogue on racism (across all applications & sectors) have some mutually exclusive aspects. Conflating the two is a disingenuous, and in-fact marginalizes CRT.

There’s definitely disparity in police response time. It’s a long known Chicago dirty secret that often areas that pay much more in taxes receive quicker response times. So I can co-sign on the validity of that point.

I live in Chicago, and there was a murder near my block at the beginning of the year. As with most gang related shootings, it was quick and over rapidly. Police response time unfortunately wouldn’t have saved the individual.
