All of my Mitsubishi dealer experiences have been great. One in particular used to let me drive all their fun cars they had on the lot, and were pretty chill. Toyota Ironically was the worst dealer experience I’ve had.

Is cruising slow in stop-and-go traffic to absorb the shockwaves a dick move now? That’s how I drive, as well as people in manual cars, and after about 10 minutes people will catch on and everything’s moving better

I dunno, the “leaving some space between traffic” on the 405 doesn’t seem that egregious; it’s far better than the folks who will floor it at the first sign of a space and then slam on the brakes when the inevitable stop comes. In fact, I generally try to drive with some “buffer” in stop and go, leaving a bit of space

Unless Jason meant property tax, which is based on the assessed value of the house?

So far the data is that the batteries in Teslas will last between 300k and 500k miles. Far more than most cars are used for. And even then they can be pulled and used for other things because they will still have 80% of their original capacity.

Here’s a controversial take - the Orochi looks a lot better than the internet thinks. Since it was scooped up by the “we make listicles about things you’re supposed to hate” crowd, it has got this reputation for being unspeakably ugly, when it’s really not. Too much going on - Coco Chanel, she who said “before you

I laughed when I read that quote and immediately thought of this. These people are all full of shit, it’s just funny when it is this obvious.

The base stereo on the Maverick comes with Sync3 and apple carplay/android auto as standard. Not sure why you think you need the top trim level just to get that, even the XL gets the same 8" touch screen. The higher trims have an optional B&O stereo upgrade, and for some mistaken reason claim to be the only ones with

Part of the reason too is safety. When the car is off, or after an accident, the main high voltage battery is completely disconnected from the rest of the car (probably by those big white relays) to reduce the danger of electric shock. The car needs the 12V battery in order to boot the computers and energize the relays

Sports car slams into a tree that fell across Ellington Road

Can you clarify if retail consumers can buy the Pro *with the 300-mile battery?*

In other news, the QAnon edition Silverado has been canceled.

Its political to them because they get their health advice from the same politician who thinks windmills cause cancer. So by this article suggesting you follow science’s advice, obviously this is anti-trump. His cultists are delusional.

I’m pretty sure the current government made the virus political. Believing it exists is political. Preventing the spread is political. Wearing a face covering is political.

It’s a goddamn mask, not a diving helmet. Wear the mask or gtfo.

(Tesla’s so desperate to move S, X and 3 that the “we will never change prices” guys just dropped list prices across the board)

They have constantly changed prices. for 2018-2019 there was a change like every 2 months. They took away and reintroduced some forms of discounted supercharging multiple times.

LOP at a real farmer moving produce with a light duty pickups. 300 round trips with an open bed later and his produce has all rotted.

Seems they are hoarding spare tires as well.
