charcoal canister.

My avatar, first car and PCH are the E30 version of this drivetrain, and it's really a great car when not eaten away by rust. The E21 body style has been eclipsed by the E30 for so long that I think it's starting to come into it's own (at least, outside of the drifiting community). NP, for a rare car with the

The Exocet really only needs Miata subframes and driveline - it's a great use for a car that's had significant body damage or extreme rust and would otherwise be un-streetable.

This comes as a great surprise, as most full size SUVs seem to be well suited to urban parking infrastructure and are usually piloted by attentive and skilled drivers.

"octane booster"

Seems reasonable to me - you certainly don't want to lift in the middle of a turn, do you? (or, as I see on a daily basis, BRAKE in the middle of a turn). And for that matter, it's usually safer to cut it close with a traffic light than it is emergency brake with someone a meter behind your bumper.

A couple of spoiled kids at my younger brother's high school got these. If I recall correctly, at least one of the cars did NOT survive.

On a side note, have you driven the new supercharged v4 3 series yet? It's a hoot!

All non enthusiast drivers should understand that, despite hundreds of pounds of sound insulation and rubber isolating you from the driving experience, you are in fact in a flimsy metal box hurtling at insane speeds next to a bunch of other flimsy metal boxes. You're not in your living room sitting on the couch.

Show her we have the space for it. Of course, we don't, so no E31 for me :(

"I wish there was a way to free these poor, sad beasts."

Had to look at the pixels? The negative camber with the front 'unloaded' wasn't a hint?

Wow, can't believe they're platform sharing between the 5 and the 7 now. That's a lot of body styles on a single 'platform'

My E30 was free, but was from a relative. My Miata was 800 with a hardtop. I've fixed most of the rust on the E30, but have been dragging my feet painting it and the Miata still runs pretty well, or at least it should once I get the new driveshaft on.

Toyota's. I can't even build a current model vehicle. When I put in my zip code, it redirects me to some gulf coast Toyota website, and all of the models you can configure are 2010 with a smattering of 2011s.

I'll probably continue doing what I always do, and if prices on gas guzzlers ever actually plummet, I'll snatch one up.

They are quite rare, but my guess is they have a higher survival rate than the 458 Italia to date. Sigh, too bad they're so damn expensive...

Sort of desirable... Geo storm and or Isuzu Impulse. I'm not exactly sure they're desirable, but probably not that far off an MX3 anyway.

There are actually lots of I4 and non-90 degree v6 engines that don't use counter rotating balance shafts, and the ONLY parallel twin engine I've ever seen with a counter rotating balance shaft is the 680cc unit in the Honda NC700x. They are quite common in motorcycles, but generally the vibration is just considered
