@Fodderthesane: The first one I posted is an XJRS. From Wikipedia: "In 1988 and 1989, a special XJR-S version of the V12 5.3 litre car was produced by TWR to celebrate Jaguar's win at Le Mans. A numbered limited edition of 100 of these cars were made for European sale only. This car had a distinctive TWR-fitted body

@Fodderthesane: I disagree - but your example is pretty awful...

@Whack-a-mole: nah dude, that camber is TITE. combine that with the stretched sidewalls, ridiculously wide wheels and moving the center of gravity and suspension roll center with respect to one another, and you just KNOW that car is gunna be lookin awesome when it crashes at triple digit speeds (not to mention that

Anything Duraflex!

Like this?

@YankBoffin: Dunno, ebay only has 2 manual V6 4x4's on it, and both are extended cabs - 01 and 95. You can't even order a new one with 2 doors and 4x4.

@YankBoffin: yeah, not actually mine... but it did get me on CL to see what a V6 4x4 manual regular cab version goes for

I'll just stick with the 2005 actually-used-as-a-truck edition

One tip for the artist - try some rain-x - it works great!

E30 touring, don't care if I'm 20+ years too late.

GM A-body wagons. I believe there was also a dasher (diesel?) thrown in at one point, and when my mom could afford to start buying her own cars (went back to work when I was in elementary school), she went Taurus then Intrepid.

It would help if there were some actual details on hardware involved. However, if there is a direct mechanical linkage between the wheels and engine, I suppose that would simply make it a plug-in parallel hybrid, rather than a plug-in series hybrid, as it was originally billed.

Huh, doesn't even have anything to do with the carbon buildup all over the intake issue.

They must have made them bigger the 2nd time around. I'm 5'9" and find my e24 offers less leg room than my miata - i have the seat as far back as possible and i still feel a tad cramped.

@scotttharobot: I'd say it's actually a bit underwhelming. The biggest pluses are really appearance - both exterior and interior (and of course, this is where mine needs the most work...). By the time they added all of the luxury options for the end of production "highline" models, the weight swelled to about 3500

@scotttharobot: Exterior right after purchase - it actually looks worse now, as the front spoiler is off (working on repairing / refinishing it) and the lousy paint job has started to peel.
