Cats II.
So they established in House of X #5 that you can clone mutants and grow them and then download their most recent memories into them. What if they do that with Moira before she dies again? So you have two Moiras that have her amazing mutant power and memories? Does the clone start its own branch of reality if it dies…
All Chinese-Americans are Asian-Americans but not all Asian-Americans are Chinese-Americans. I think it's as simple as that.
What a world we live in where a roster filled with the Guardians of the Galaxy and the Defenders is considered less esoteric than a roster with the Fantastic Four and cartoon-era X-Men.
I mean, you want a redhead who’s tall, there’s always Lauren Phillips.

“For years, the biggest mystery of Quantum Leap hasn’t been why Sam Beckett (Scott Bakula) was never able to return home“
But if 2014 Nebula came into the future and got murdered by 2023 Nebula, how could there even be a 2018 Nebula awards??
No, I get it. My main problem with remakes is that they focus on already good movies for the strong name recognition. Statistically, you’re more likely to churn out a piece of crap that wastes everyone’s time, and not the next The Fly. I would really prefer to see studios grab films that were already garbage like Hobgo…
“I’m, I’m simply saying anti-life, uh ... uh, finds a way.”
That’s why the best scene in the movie is “GRENADE!”
This mall can do the kessel run in under 12 parsecs.
Actually, it reminds me more of Now and Again, the show about John Goodman getting transplanted into a super-android. That was a good show cut down before its time.
Counterpoint:
I’m unnerved by modern nerddom’s preoccupation with the concept of canon. It’s an ill-fitting idea to try and weld onto fictional material. Given that all the materials continue to exist for free consumption, trying to wrangle the plot points of one storyline you enjoy into another narrative strikes me as needlessly…
The film actually made me 99%+ sure that Rey is not Han and Leia’s daughter. Why would Han and Leia have a conversation about Kylo Ren being their son and completely omit any reference to having had another child? And why would neither Han nor Leia expressly acknowledge to Rey that she’s their daughter?
Wait, they are still trying to do a shared universe for their monsters?
Well, there’s dude upthread as well, who thinks Star Wars is more believable than Germany winning WWII.
Yeah, what the fuck happened to just using the first part of the name and adding “girl’?
