240 people? Wow. Judging by the technical quality of their games I thought they have 40-50 people on staff tops. Besides, their games are not complicated at all. They are extremely simple adventure games. WTF do they need 240 people for? Have them start working on a new engine, it's been long overdue.

That's actually pretty normal - loudly saying stuff to yourself actually helps. Vocalizing it instead of doing it in your mind makes a difference. Kinda like all those folks in the movies who go in front of the mirror to psych themselves up / give themselves a confidence boost before they do something really important.

Season 2 of Arrow was amazing, but S3 has definitely dipped in quality. Still, there are good episodes that are worth it and cool moments in the mediocre ones, so keep watching. It has to get better soon, now that the second half of the season has started.

Everyone expected a Lazarus pit, which is actually the most plausible explanation in this situation. But no, they never really said what it was. I would even buy Tatsu mixing whatever medicine she had with some of the Lazarus pit goo to make it crazy-potent, but they just never explained it. Quite disappointing.

They will probably do that as well, you just wait. It's easy enough and equates to more sales. The game is good enough, so after it gets more positive feedback on PC (as long as the port is okay) they will probably release a 'definitive' edition on the PS4/X1 just as Tomb Raider was done.
