I have some time in the L-39. It’s underpowered, but gives one a “sense” of being in a fighter. Besides fuel thirst, it’s operating and maint costs are relatively reasonable. The L-59 is where it’s at, but they are rare in the US and have a hefty price premium.

Ah... I remember fondly looking at students behind me in the mirror after they had LOC’d out. It's always interesting watching them come back to life.

Should have used the Hoonicorn.

I’m grateful to have done it, and received a paycheck to boot.

Yep

Agreed

No, it’s glorious. You are in fact weird, seemingly. Not that that’s a bad thing.

Lol, I'm more like Quagmire I'd say...

I sleep well also.

No, it’s not a replica. Again, it’s a factory car. I’ll just say he is in the Porsche business, and the car isn’t street registered. It is legally here.

A buddy in South TX has a factory 968 Turbo RS. Driven it a few times, and it makes my old 944 Turbo S seem pedestrian. It is glorious.

Still have my 1996 SeaDoo XP. I’ve slapped some mods on over the years, and have yet to find anything more fun to ride.

Epic

I once had a Porsche 930 Flachbau that came from the Sonderwunschen department.

Now playing

“even if the cars navigate corners like Nimitz class carriers”. It’s quite fun:

I’ll stick with my Tamburini penned MV. The F4 1078 and I have had great days together on the track. I’m sure this design “advances" the art, it's just not to my taste.

A herb should get a herb car. I recommend Ford Aerostar :)

Cool. Just curious. I love it for those reasons and more. I’ve owned 930 and Ruf BTR, so I suppose I like the ones that require your attention.

“GM declined to comment, saying essentially that it was an “old GM” problem.”

Why? It's the best (my favorite at least) street legal car I've ever driven.
